How long have you been running?
Since I was 16 (so 17 years!) but only started to take things a bit more seriously in my late twenties.
Primarily to satisfy my need for adventure and to enjoy the great outdoors, but I'm also a big fan of my own company and love the alone time it provides as that's when I do my best thinking and work through solutions to any problems I might have.
What's your favourite run/race?
Such a difficult question as there are so many I love, but I'll probably have to say running in Chamonix - I did a race there called the Duo Étoilé a few years ago which was a nightime race along Grand Balcon Nord towards Mont Blanc and then back into town...it was breathtaking.
Go to post run snack?
I'm a big fan of fluffy pancakes with Greek yoghurt, strawberries and maple syrup as recovery fuel.
Your favourite running buddy?
My uncle! We've done some epic races together and he paced me during my first ultra marathon.
Your must have running accessory?
My @hygge sunglasses...I'm always wearing them come rain or shine!
Favourite Country and why?
France...it's my home, there's nowhere more beautiful than the Riviera.
Running Goal for 2022?
I want to continue to chip away at my times and get a sub 19 minute 5K and a 1h25 half marathon...but most importantly I want to remain happy and healthy in my running too
