Brand Ambassador FAQ's

1) How Long will it take to review my application?

We aim to review all ambassador applications within 3 business days at most. Unfortunately, due to the number of applications we receive, it may take a little longer on some occasions. 

2) How do I apply?

Simply fill out our application form and if you are successful we will send you a confirmation email. This will include your lifetime discount code and a unique code for your friends / family / followers. It will also have a login for your affiliate dashboard, where you can track your sales, referrals and commissions.

3) Why do I have to buy your products to become an ambassador?

Unfortunately before we introduced this we had a number of people applying to become ambassadors for the wrong reasons. Mainly to receive free products without becoming part of our community.

We feel that asking you to invest in our brand is fair. We do not have a minimum spend and you can easily earn this back via any commissions paid via your unique discount code. You are also getting a massive 40% lifetime discount which no one else gets......Sweet! So, if you are serious about becoming an ambassador this should not put you off.

We want our ambassadors to support our brand as well as the other ambassadors in our team.

4) If I share my unique referral discount code, how will I know if it has been used?

You will be able to login to your referral dashboard and this will show you if your code has been used. If it has been used it will be added to the system automatically.

5) How will I receive my commission for any sales I refer?

All commissions will be paid via Paypal at the end of every month.
