What is your return policy for Headbands?

Due to the fact that the headbands are a hair product, for sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on these products.


What if my items are damaged when I receive them?

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item please contact us (hello@hyggebands.com) within 3 days of receipt.

Please attach a photograph of the item along with your order number to the email.

- Returns may be made via your choice of carrier at your cost. 
- Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, please make sure they’re packed up properly and cannot get damaged on the way back to us.
