What is your return policy for Sunglasses?
Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the item being delivered.
Sunglasses must be returned unused, in the original packaging.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

I don't like the colour I picked, can I exchange them?
Unfortunately we do not offer free exchanges as part of our policy.
But if you would like to exchange one of your designs you can return the pair you don't want, pay a £6 processing fee and your new choice will be sent.
Or, you can return both sunglasses then create another order online and this will be treated separately.
What is your return policy for Headbands?
Due to the fact that the headbands are a hair product, for sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on these products.
What is your return policy for Compression Socks?
Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the item being delivered. We do not offer exchanges on compression socks, only refunds. If you wish to order another pair you can create another order online and this will be treated separately.
What if my items are damaged when I receive them?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item please contact us (email@example.com) within 3 days of receipt.
Please attach a photograph of the item along with your order number to the email.

- Returns may be made via your choice of carrier at your cost.
- Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, please make sure they’re packed up properly and cannot get damaged on the way back to us.
