What is your return policy for headbands?

Due to the fact that the headbands are a hair product, for sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on these products.

What is your return policy for sunglasses?

Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the item being delivered. We do not offer exchanges on sunglasses, only refunds. If you wish to order another pair you can create another order online and this will be treated separately.

What is your return policy for compression socks?

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item please contact us within 3 days of receipt. Please also attach a photograph of the item along with your order number to your email.

 

Returns may be made via your choice of carrier at your cost.
