We believe in them so each pair purchased comeswith a 1 Year Guarantee.
Our 1 Year Guarantee covers your sunglasses if they are broken. It does not cover lens damage.
Simply email our customer service team email@example.com with your name, order number, relevant photographs and a description of the problem.
You don’t need to pay anything. If we approve your request then we will send you a new pair completely free of charge.
Each individual pair can be replaced up to two times. After that we ask you to purchase the next pair, as this allows us to keep offering such a strong Guarantee.
No. You will automatically receive the same style and design. You will be offered an alternative if it has been discontinued or is sold out.
Lens damage is not covered by the Hygge Guarantee. Unfortunately it’s not possible to make scratch-proof lenses so please look after your sunnies. Check out our how to care for your sunnies page>
The Guarantee does not cover lens damage, loss or theft (yes people will steal them as they are so amazing!).
But we reserve the right to decline guarantee requests based on fraudulent, repeated or intentional damage.
